Genocidal Germany, with help from Anglo-Zionists, changed the definition of genocide in their revanchism towards Serbs and Serbia.

The concept of genocide defined in the UN Genocide Convention of 1948 was falsified for the obscure objectives of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia trials.

Prior to the Hague trial, neither scientists nor lawyers could have imagined individual massacres would be defined as genocide. Mahmoud Sherif Bassiouni formulated this idea. He was an American law professor who made a study on violence in Bosnia that formed the basis for the Tribunal’s work. The Basioni told the Congress that, according to the Genocide Convention, genocide was not committed in Bosnia. However, for the situation to change if it takes a ‘progressive’ attitude that allows ‘local’ genocide

Who wants to declare Serbs genocidal and why? Is it just genocidal Germany?

The Srebrenica massacre in July 1995 served as the pretext for the first completely illegal war of aggression by the US/NATO, which attacked the Bosnian Serbs in violation of the UN Charter. All the subsequent wars of aggression of the Anglo-Zionist Empire and subordinated Euro-Nazi Satanists (Serbia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Yemen, etc.) have their design in the war against the Bosnian-Serbs. Genocidal Germany and other Western genocidal hordes even created the “R2P” (Right to Protect) slogan to cover up for plundering and murdering innocent people in Serbia, Libya and Syria.

On July 8, 2015, the Kingdom of Genocide (the UK) proposed a resolution on Srebrenica at the UN Security Council. It was in response to Serbia’s refusal to join sanctions against Russia imposed by the Anglo-Zionist Empire and subordinated Euro-Nazi Satanists. However, Putin’s Russia in 2015 completely differed from Yeltsin’s Russia in 1999. The proposed resolution (declaring Srebrenica genocide) was vetoed by the Russian Federation.

International Court of Justice Finds Serbia Innocent of Genocide, But Not Entirely Clean

THE INTERNATIONAL Court of Justice (ICJ) on Feb. 26 handed down a decision on the lawsuit filed by Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia for genocide. The lawsuit, filed in 1993 in the heat of war, finally was heard early last year. A year later, a majority of the Court’s 15 judges agreed that Serbia was not guilty of genocide nor of complicity in genocide—but that it was guilty of failure to prevent genocide. The verdict further states that genocide was committed in Bosnia (but only in the case of Srebrenica) and that Serbia has violated its obligation to turn over suspects implicated in the war crime, principally Gen. Ratko Mladic.

Washington Report

The finding that Serbia failed to prevent genocide is no light matter. It nevertheless signifies that the state violated the 1948 Genocide Convention. However, the Convention’s legal definition of genocide proved to be too narrow to allow conviction. The Convention’s definition of genocide involves “intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group.” The ICJ found concrete proof lacking.

NATO exonerates Slobodan Milosevic – 11 years after they killed him

11 years after his death, the NATO farce at the Hague has ruled that Milosevic did not play a part in “genocide” and “joint criminal enterprise” in Bosnia, but have you heard this reported anywhere? (The charges for “genocide” in Kosovo were dropped at the original Milosevic trial already.)

Eleven years after his death, a second trial chamber at the UN War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague has concluded that Slobodan Milosevic was not responsible for war crimes committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

More than eleven years after his death, a second trial chamber at the UN War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague has concluded that former Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic was not responsible for war crimes committed in Bosnia, where the worst atrocities associated with the break-up of Yugoslavia took place.

Buried in a footnote deep in the fourth volume of the judgment against Bosnian-Serb General Ratko Mladic, the judges unanimously concluded that “The evidence received by the trial chamber did not show that Slobodan Milosevic, Jovica Stanisic, Franko Simatovic, Zeljko Raznatovic, or Vojislav Seselj participated in the realization of the common criminal objective” to establish an ethnically-homogenous Bosnian-Serb entity through the commission of crimes alleged in the indictment. [1]

This is an important admission because practically the entire Western press corps and virtually every political leader in every Western country have spent the last 25 years telling us that Slobodan Milosevic was a genocidal monster cut from the same cloth as Adolf Hitler. We were told that he was the “Butcher of the Balkans,” but there was never any evidence to support those accusations. We were lied to in order to justify economic sanctions and NATO military aggression against the people of Serbia – just like they lied to us to justify the Iraq war.

Part 3 is being prepared

Why this long (two-part) introduction to explain genocidal Germany’s role in aggressive posture against Serbia? I am sure that most of my readers understand that Germany is not just the same old revanchist but also a country that is not independent. In many ways, Germany is being pushed by its masters in London and Washington. I am preparing the next part and hope you will be patient and stay with me. Thank you.
